Orange County Medi-Cal office locations for those clients that are enrolling into Medi-Cal through any portal, inlcuding Covered California. The SSA Eligibility Technicians can also complete document verification for all applications submitted through the CoveredCA.com portal, including those for private health insurance plans.

On Covered California’s consumer site, you can shop and compare health care plans, apply for health coverage and subsidies, and find application assistance in your area. The also have a FAQ page and contacts numbers and email addresses if you are in need of support.

The In-Person Assistance website has all the information you will need to become a Certified Enrollment Entity or Certified Enrollment Counselor. This is also the website portal for applying to be a CEE and for affiliating your CECs.

California’s Health Benefit Exchange offers a variety of resources from stakeholder webinars and updates on recent legislation to Board meeting minutes and video.

The Kaiser Family Foundation website offers a wide variety of resources and information on health care reform, including a link to consumer resources in English and Spanish and a short video that provides a summary of the Affordable Care Act that is enjoyable to watch and easy to understand.
